Chelsey Irene Verge

Chelsey Irene Verge gained her beautiful wings on April 7th, 2022, at 7:17pm she was at home with family at her side.
Chelsey was born November 30th, 1987, in Oklahoma City, OK to Lloyd Eugene Verge and Tammy Lee Wohlke. Growing up she lived with her dad in OK and spent holidays and summers in Springfield, MO with her mom.
In 2006, she fell in love with Donovan Kibodeaux and they spent the next few years moving around and visiting a lot of places. Then, in 2012, they were blessed with a baby boy, Tristen Wayne. In 2013, they made a permanent move to Springfield, MO.
Throughout her life she had different jobs but her latest one at Grime Scrubbers Cleaning is the one she valued the most. She met some of her best friends there.
Chelsey lived life in the moment. She had no fear nor filter in her personality, very outgoing and could make friends wherever she went. Chelsey had a big heart and loved her friends and family. She loved to turn her music up loud and have fun. Her favorite days were spent fishing or just being outdoors. During the summer she spent a lot of time at the apartment pool with the kids and her favorite person and big sister Darcy.
Chelsey is preceded in death by her father Lloyd and her best friend Betty Frazier.
Chelsey is survived by her son, Tristen Wayne and his father Donovan; her mother, Tammy; one sister, Darcy Ann Bostick; two nephews, Gage Wayne and Caleb Andrew; four nieces, McKayla, Aubrey, Naomi, and Lily; one half-sister, Chrissy Smith and her family.
Chelsey was taken from us way too soon. Although we weren't ready for her to leave, this is not goodbye, but see you on the other side sister.
