Cheria D. Kolb, 94, of Green Lane, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 30th, 2024. Born in Pennsburg, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Dorothy (Gerhart) Haas. She was the widow of Donald Kolb. Cheria was a graduate of Pennsburg High School. Cheria worked at Berman Sales Company in Pennsburg, and Pennsburg Auto Parts and retired as a secretary at Stauffer Manufacturing in Red Hill after working there for over 10 years. Cheria was a member of New Goshenhoppen UCC, East Greenville. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and enjoyed gardening and antiquing.
Surviving is her daughter, Dawn, wife of Richard "Bruce" Ferketich, of Green Lane; grandchildren: Jason, Justin, and Lindsay; great grandchildren: Dylan and Nicole; and siblings: Diane Steinman, of Pennsburg, Donna, wife of Kenneth Bozzelli of Sellersville, Dean Haas, of Pennsburg, Beverly Bozzelli, of East Greenville, Dorothy, wife of Alan Brensinger, of South Carolina, and Dale Haas, and his wife, Teresa, of South Carolina. She was predeceased by her son, Gregg Kolb; and by her brothers: Willard Jr., Jeremiah, and Ray Haas.
A viewing will be from 10-11 AM on Saturday at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street Pennsburg, with a service to follow at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest in New Goshenhoppen Cemetery.
