I knew Cherie when we were in the fifth grade. I would bring her milk every day during lunch while she was tutored. Her family treated me to go see "Cinerama" in the movies which I never forgot. I invited Cherie to a birthday party and she knew that I was obsessed with turtles. She gave me one and I named it Bourbon for some strange reason! At any rate, what I remember of Cherie was her pure, sweet and gentle nature. I send my condolences to her sister, Hollie and all who loved and shared her life.
