Cheryl L. (Rowles) Couturiaux McCluskey, 72, of Philipsburg, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2025, at her residence.

Cheryl was born on September 2, 1953, in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Elwood A. and Alice M. (Stephens) Rowles.

She leaves behind a loving family.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis J. "Denny" Couturiaux, II, his wife Michelle, of Virginia, and their two daughters, Megan Doyle (Michael) and Catherine Couturiaux; and Michael T. Couturiaux, his wife Angela "Angie," of (Black Moshannon) RD Philipsburg, and their two sons, Cody Couturiaux and Hunter Couturiaux (Brenna Lockett). She is blessed with three great-grandchildren: Hayden, Braxton and Caroline, and "one of the way," Forest. She is also survived by a brother Richard A. "Jake" Rowles and his wife, Colleen, of Mineral Springs; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents; her maternal grandparents, Donald C. and Agnes E. (Dunlop) Stephens; her paternal grandparents, Chance and Mabel (Brown) Rowles; a younger brother, Stephen W. Rowles; and her former husband, Dennis J. Couturiaux, Sr.

During her working career, she was employed with the former (North) Philipsburg General Cigar plant and then with the Eureka Paper Box Company, Williamsport.

Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed going to family cookouts, music festivals and to the beach.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cheryl's memory to Centre Co. PAWS, 1401 Trout Rd. State College, PA 16801

Arrangements are under the direction of the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Philipsburg.
