Cheryl Mullins Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Kessler Fahrenkrug Funeral Home - Neenah on Feb. 13, 2026.
Cheryl L. Mullins, age 64, passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side following a 1 ½ year battle with cancer. On August 21, 1961, Cheryl Lee was born in Marinette, Wisconsin to Lenroy and Lorraine (Soults) Seefeldt. Following her high school graduation, she furthered her education by earning a degree to become a Registered Nurse. Cheryl had worked as a Dialysis Nurse and Clinical Manager at Fresenius Medical Care in Neenah before working at Aurora in Oshkosh.

Cheryl was full of life which made her the perfect advocate for her nursing career. She took her job very seriously and grew to love every patient that was under her care. Cheryl brought the same amount of energy outside of the workplace with everything that she did. As much as she loved to travel, she also cherished her home life with her family and spending time with her grandson, Lincoln. Cheryl loved to be in the sun whether it was with a good book, planting flowers, gardening, going to the zoo, or fishing with her family, but most of all, sitting at the beach. She was always the life of the party, and ready to dance wherever she went! Cheryl lived by the motto of "Do good for others and you will receive good in return," which has brought her so many great friends and loved ones throughout the years.

Cheryl will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Jay Mullins; their children: Hannah and Adam; her grandson, Lincoln; her siblings: Charlotte (Donald) Lorenz of Marinette, Karla (Curtis) Sattler of Neenah, Dennis (Theresa) Seefeldt of Marinette, Terry (Lynn) Seefeldt of Marinette, Corrine (Leo) Liegeois of Green Bay, and Claudia (Steve) Terrien of Green Bay; her brothers-in-law: Jeff (Barb) Mullins and Dale Mullins; her favorite travel companions Amanda, Angela, and Brittany; her best friend, Judy (Russ) Luedtke; and especially her dogs: Ava and Gir; as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her in-laws: Jim and Carmen Mullins.

A Celebration of Cheryl's Life will be held at a later date. Please keep checking back for service updates and arrangements.

The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Cheryl's doctors: Dr. Ana DeRoo and Dr. Noelle Loconte (UW Madison) for their patience and care through her cancer journey. They would also like to thank the staff of Bristol Hospice, especially, Daniela, Cannon, and Hallie, for their loving kindness and tender care given to Cheryl and her family during her final days.

I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl for many years at the Dialysis Center in Neenah. Not only was she a wonderful coworker but became a great friend also. Life was always more pleasant when Cheryl was around.. I will always cherish the memories we made together...
