Cheryl “Sherry” Martha Morris (nee Zoldos) passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Elmbrook Hospital with her family by her side at the age of 69. She was born in Milwaukee on November 20, 1955, to parents Stephen Francis and Audrey Pearl Zoldos.
Sherry graduated from Pulaski High School in Milwaukee in 1973. She dedicated 47 years of service at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where she worked in the OB-GYN department. She touched countless lives over the years at St Joe’s with her thoughtfulness and kindness.
She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Thomas Morris; cherished children Robert (Anna Kate) Morris and Angela (Jason) Turner; beloved grandchildren Benjamin and Matthew Morris, and Liam, Landon, and Lyla Turner; loving siblings Steve (Joan) Zoldos, Kathy (Hank) Baumann, and Julie Zoldos (Brett Lahner); and many other family and friends. Sherry is preceded in death by her parents.
Sherry spent her life serving others and had unwavering love for her family. She will be immensely missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 300 Carroll Street, Waukesha, WI 53186, from 3:00 p.m. until the 5:00 p.m. Memorial Service. Memorials in Sherry’s name to a charity of your choice are appreciated.
