Chester Long

Chester was born to his late mother Lelia M Golden and the late Kenneth Quarterman on February 27, 1957, in Liberty County, Georgia.
Chester attended the public school in Liberty County and later he would join the Military before transitioning to the National Guard. After leaving the National Guard he explored varies jobs before putting his acquired landscaping and mechanical skills to work for Family and friends. Chester had a big heart, if you needed something repaired or replace, he was eager and willing to help everyone.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving son Cornelius Crockett, 11 brothers, Arthur T Long of Walthourville GA ,James Long, Gerald Long, and Barry Long, all of Jacksonville FL, Carl Bacon of Jesup GA, Michael Bacon (decd), Warren Bacon of Riceboro GA, Edgar J Bacon, Eric J Bacon, Gerald W Bacon, and Michael A Bacon all of Midway GA.10 sisters Annette Long(decd), Janet White, Catherine Long, Carolyn Long all of Jacksonville FL, Thelma Bacon, Christine Bacon of Midway GA, Robbie Bacon, Karen Bacon, Cheryl Bacon(decd),and Liz Bacon all of Jacksonville FL. 3 uncles Arthur (Annie) Golden of Midway GA, Willie Edward Golden of Jacksonville FL, and Fred Golden of Midway GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
