China Lynn Dial-Oxendine was a devoted wife, mom, sister, aunt, friend, etc. China Lynn Dial-Oxendine is survived by her devoted husband Jeffery Oxendine of Maxton, NC, her kids: Dakota Allen Barnes II of Maxton, NC, Aaliyah Mirale Oxendine (5) of Maxton, NC, Harley Lynn Oxendine (3) of Maxton, NC. She has one sister Crystal Nicole Dial of Pembroke, NC; three nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends. She is followed in death by her grandmother Willie Dale Dial of Pembroke, NC and her mother Donna Kay Dial of Pembroke, NC.
China Lynn Dial-Oxendine's life was filled with a heart of gold leaving a lasting impact on all who knew China.
A celebration of China Lynn Dial-Oxendine's life will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Revels Funeral Home in Pembroke, NC, starting at 2:00pm. Friends and family are invited to share memories and honor her legacy.
