Chloe Rae Jenson, (2 months) passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her parents on February 13th, 2022, after her sweet little heart lost the battle with a congenital heart defect at Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. She was born to Lisa and Corey Jenson on December 10th, 2021, at Mercy Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ.

In her short time here, Chloe filled everyone's hearts with love. We will forever miss our sweet little lady smiling and making funny squeaks while she was dreaming and the sparkle she had in her big blue eyes when she was awake. She enjoyed being held close and cuddling on her mom and dad's chest while she slept and listening to Disney lullaby songs to soothe her back to sleep.

Chloe's family will forever have a hole in their hearts but will live on to cherish her life as parents Lisa and Corey Jenson. Maternal grandparents Gina Didone and John and LizLene' Didone. Paternal grandparents Barb and Dave Jenson.

All friends and family are welcome to join us at her visitation on Friday, February 25th, 2022, at 10 AM at Gilbert Memorial Park, 2100 E Queen Creek Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85297, with a celebration of life memorial service to follow. In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family asks that you register to participate in or contribute to the American Heart Association Heart Walk Fundraiser for Chloe on April 23rd, 2022. You can register to participate in the walk or send contributions by clicking the following link to her page.
