I knew Christa Cooper only as Miss Marple at the AOS blog site, but she was a wonderful and special voice I listened to when I was dealing with health issues in my family. I am grateful that I had a chance to read her wisdom and wit and only wish I had had a chance to meet her when visiting my husband´s family in Indianapolis. I will be praying for you all for comfort at such a loss. She will be missed by people like me very much.

Miss Marple, as she was known to her online community, was a frequent and knowledgeable contributor. Her presence was so valued and her loss is greatly felt. Heartfelt condolences to her family.

I am so saddened yet relieved to learn of the end of the suffering and passing away of my on-line friend Christa Cooper. She had such a broad perspective on so many areas of life, from geology to the disappointments of local Indiana politicians and just about everything else under the sun. May her soul rest in peace and may her son and daughter be comforted in the loss of their wonderful mother.

Christa was active online under the handle "Miss Marple". I'm one of many in her online community who never met her in person but will miss our daily "conversations".
