Ms. Christa Sue Heck Terry, age 74, entered the church triumphant on Friday October 3, 2025 at NHC Healthcare in North Augusta.
She is survived by her daughter, Emily P. (Ben) Sharpe; grandchildren, Jasmine Weed, Alyssa (Branden) Weed-Morris, Dominic Price, Brayden Weed, Kaylee Sharpe, Benjamin Sharpe, Jr.; brothers, Dalton Butch ( Shelia) Heck, Randy (Jayne) McCormack; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Terry.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dalton and Phyllis Heck; and son, Ryan Terry.
Ms. Terry was a nurse for many years, being well known for her role as a School Nurse for the Aiken County Public School System. Most would know her as "Nurse Terry". She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and St. James Lutheran Church in Graniteville. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
A service honoring her life and legacy will be held on Thursday October 9, 2025 at 3pm at St. James Lutheran Church in Graniteville. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the time of the service in the parrish hall of the church. The interment will be held at a later date.
Jackson Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with these arrangements.
Note: All floral deliveries should be made to St. James Lutheran Church in Graniteville, no later than October 9, 2025 at 1:30pm.
