Christian-Gerardo Flores, age 25, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 23, 2025 while surrounded by his loving family here in Del Rio. He was born on October 8, 1999 in Del Rio. Preceding him in death was his maternal grandfather, Salvador G. Copado; paternal grandmother, Maria de Jesus Flores; uncles, Christian Copado and Jaime Flores; and cousin, Jorge Luis Alderete Jr. Family members left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife of 8 years, Bryanna Lynn Flores of Odessa, TX; children: Khason Flores, Everlee Flores, and Zaylin Flores; parents, Angelica and Gerardo Flores of Del Rio; mother/father-in-law: Velma and Antonio Barton of Del Rio; siblings: Gerry Copado of Del Rio, Mayra Angelica Alderete and husband Michael Lee Alderete of Del Rio, Yeneshka Esparza and husband Jorge Esparza of Odessa, Tx, and Syarah Flores Portillo of Del Rio; sister/brothers-in-law: Lillian Teague and husband Joe Teague of Del Rio, Brian Ramon and wife Vanessa Ramon of Del Rio, and Eric Ramon of Fort Worth, TX; maternal grandmother, Olga Copado of Del Rio; great grandmother, Maria Ester Garcia; Christian-Gerardo is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and close friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Trinity Chapel of Faith A chapel service is scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Danny Faz from Hope City Church. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
