Christina N. Bailey, 48, born on July 9, 1976, in Beech Grove, Indiana, passed away on January 3, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
As a graduate of Perry Meridian High School in 1995, Christina embarked on a remarkable journey in the Geriatric Health Care Industry. For over nine years, she dedicated her life to caring for others, with her final years spent at Envive Health Care in Beech Grove, Indiana. Her gentle spirit and unwavering compassion made a lasting impact on her residents, whom she lovingly referred to as her extended family. Christina had a heart of gold, and her love language was one of service—caring for others was her true calling.
Christina had a vibrant personality that resonated with warmth and generosity. Whether she was enjoying the laughter shared while "gaming", or creating delicious meals for her grandson Jack when he had sleep overs at Gi-Gi's, Christina always looked forward to her weekly dates with her daughter, Katie to watch Horror Movies or WWE. Her passion for life was evident. She cherished every moment spent with her beloved grandbabies, affectionately known as "Gi-Gi" to them, and she poured her heart into every visit, creating precious memories that will live on in their hearts.
Her work with vulnerable populations showcased her profound empathy and dedication. At Envive Health Care and previously at The Altenheim Senior Living Home in Indianapolis, Christina not only cared for her residents, but also built meaningful relationships that transcended the typical caregiver-patient dynamic. Her presence brought comfort and joy to many, proving that small acts of kindness can leave a significant imprint.
Christina is survived by her daughters; Breanna Eaker & Kaitlyn Bastin, grandchildren; Amber, Jack, Brenda, & Spencer, sister; Valerie (David) Kriech, brother; Michael Sherron, nephew; Nick Kriech, nieces; Belle, Nadia, and Emmie Kriech, great-nephew; Cameron, along with her bonus dad; Danny Roberts.
Christina is preceded in death by her loving mother; Brenda Gossett-Roberts.
A visitation in honor of Christina will be held on January 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at O’Riley - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Indianapolis, followed by a funeral service starting at 12:00 PM.
Christina will be deeply missed—her warmth, kindness, and compassionate spirit will remain in the hearts of her loved ones. Though her time with us was far too brief, the love she shared and the lives she touched will endure as a testament to the beautiful person she was.
