Christine Gasalberti age 50 of Little Falls, passed away in Little Falls on August 9, 2025.
Christine was born in Hackensack, to parents Daniel and Mary (nee Henkelman) Gasalberti. She was a lifelong Little Falls resident and a dedicated School Teacher, for the Verona Board of Education for twenty years, devoting her career to educating and inspiring young minds. Christine found great joy in her role as a cheer coach for Little Falls Cheer, where her daughter proudly participates. Her greatest passion in life was her family. She loved nothing more than cheering from the sidelines at her children's and nephews' sports games. Her warm spirit, support, and enthusiasm will be greatly missed.
Christine was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Gasalberti. She is survived by her loving children, Brielle Gasalberti, Tyler Gasalberti, and Peyton Gasalberti; her devoted mother, Mary Gasalberti; her sister, Kathy Pocius, and her husband Michael; her brother, Dan Gasalberti; and her cherished nephews, Michael Pocius and Ryan Pocius. She is also remembered by many extended family members, friends, colleagues, and students whose lives she touched.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services from the Gaita Memorial Home, 154 Newark Pompton Turnpike on Monday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Holy Angels R.C. Church, Little Falls at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Sunday 2-6 PM.
