Christine M. Langone, 58, passed away at home on Sunday, September 29, 2024. Born in Springfield on March 26, 1966, to Ellis L. (Bonzagni) & the late, Richard J. Langone, Christine was raised in Agawam where she attended local schools. She was a 1984 graduate of Cathedral High School, and in 1989 received a Batchelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Swain School of Design in New Bedford.
For the past 25-years, Christine worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a number of local facilities, most recently at the Western Massachusetts Hospital in Westfield.
Known for her amazing artistic talent, love of animals, effervescent personality, tremendous sense of humor, infectious laugh, and eclectic fashion, Christine was beloved by her family, friends, colleagues, and patients.
In addition to her mother Ellis, Christine leaves her brothers, Joseph F. Langone (Krysten) of Springfield, Anthony V. Langone (Lynette) of Arizona, and Nicholas M. Langone of Russell, beloved nieces & nephews, Gianna, Elisa, Tresa, Mia, Joseph, Stefania, Lorenzo, Jude, and Vincent, together with her aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Christines Liturgy of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. A calling hour in the Church will precede the celebration of Mass at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Mt. Carmel Church, 123 William Street, Springfield, MA, 01105, or to a charity of ones choice.
