Christine Elizabeth Morris-Ayala

Christine Elizabeth Morris-Ayala, age 83, of Vineland NJ, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025. She was born in Salem, NJ, (Native of Delaware - Lenni Lenape descendant) and was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many.
Christine retired from Kimble Glass after more than 25 years of dedicated service. In her younger years, she loved dancing and gardening. She was the heart of her family, bringing everyone together for unforgettable holiday dinners and barbecues. Whether she was in the kitchen cooking or in her favorite chair watching the Game Show Network, cooking shows, or "Walker, Texas Ranger" (affectionately referring to Chuck Norris as her "boyfriend"), Christine filled every space with warmth and laughter.
Known for her sharp sense of humor, Christine was either hilariously bold or boldly hilarious - there was no in-between. She touched countless lives, she was deeply loved and will be sadly missed.
She is survived by; her children, Suzanna Milletta, Cecilio Santiago, Jr., Marcelino Santiago, Regina Santiago and Miguel Santiago; her cherished grandchildren, Amanda Santiago, Letisha (Santiago) Vargas, Christina Santiago, Mario Santiago, Nicholas Santiago, Felicia Santiago and Sheena (Santiago) McNeely; and her many great-grandchildren, who lovingly called her "GG Mom." Christine was preceded in death by; her husband, Raymond Ayala; her daughter, Petra "Sookie" (Santiago) Quijada; her grandson, Reyes "Consuelo" Quijada, Jr.; and her granddaughter, Chelsea Santiago.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 20th beginning at 12 NOON at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp.
