Christine Marie Young, 83, of Girard, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Shepherd of the Valley in Girard, Ohio.
Christine was born on June 19th, 1942, the daughter of Dominic and Theresa (Belitto) Rozzo. She married the love of her life, Harland Marshall on April 20th, 1969, and they together has two kids, Tracy & Derek.
Christine dedicated her life to her family as a loving mother, sister, aunt, Nana and great-grandma. Also known as "Ma Ma Tina" to most, she had a heart bigger than her tiny self, loving each and everyone as if they were her own.
She was a member of St. Rose Church in Girard. She also spent many years working at and then retiring from Niles Book & News.
Christine was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and never missed a chance to cheer for her team.
She leaves behind her daughter, Tracy Marshall (Dom Gizzi), of Struthers; her son, Derek Marshall, of Girard; grandchildren, Kourtney (Dylan Ross) Willrich, of Girard, and Alexa (Dylan Malcomson) Willrich, of Girard; and great-grandchildren, Ariellah and Dylan Jr.; a sister, Anne Kohn, of Georgia; and brothers Dominic (Jackie) Rozzo Jr., of Girard, and Patsy Rozzo, of Austintown.
Along with her parents, Christine is preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret Swain, Philomena Collins, and an infant sister, Helen.
Per Christine's wishes, there will be no services.
