Christopher Capeless Obituary
Chris was intelligent, well-read and athletic. Always inquisitive, his passions included nature, movies, cooking and running. Chris was a talented gardener and arborist, and a craftsman who created the home he wanted to live in. He was a devoted parent, involved with his children's interests and eager to share his own with them. Christmas was his favorite time of year. Come December, Chris would wait for a hard frost and spray the lawn so that his children would wake up to their own winter wonderland.
Chris is survived by a son, Christopher, Jr., a daughter, Adrienne, and his former wife, Rosanne Gervasi, all of Tallahassee. He is also survived by his sister, Victile Donahue of Pittsfield and three brothers - Dr. Mark Capeless of Charlotte, Vt., Stephen Capeless of Pittsfield and David Capeless of West Stockbridge. He was predeceased by his oldest brother, Robert Capeless, Jr. of Becket.
A private ceremony, returning Chris to nature, will be held at a later date.
