Krystal Horn (Birth Mom)

You always had a kind heart, even the day you were born. I'm saddened to know how you passed, but as your birth mother, I am proud of everything you got to accomplish in your short life. I only wish I had gotten to know you. I tell your little sister *half* all about you, and what I know of you, and how much she reminds me of you. Every year was hard enough, not knowing if I made the right decisions then, but I can tell you had my heart and kindness, and that makes me feel a little better. I hope to see you one day when it is my time to go. Until then, son, keep an eye on me, and I will always hold you dear to my heart. -Krystal Horn

Christopher Thomas Cleland, a person with the kindest heart and even kinder actions. Although he was my ride or die, I still haven't shed a tear. I know the angels up there healed him from whatever broke him down here. People say heaven or the afterlife is better then life but I disagree. Social media coats the beauty of life in black tar. Once you step away from the glowing screen and away from all the negatives it shoves in your head. You notice the sunrise and set is more vibrant, the trees greener, and the snow whiter. Nothing is more beautiful than life once you see it.
For those who still have their best friend, I inspire you to call them. Don't wish heaven had a phone, they likely have a phone right now and they are waiting for it to ring.
A Best Friend,
Lucas Poole
