Christopher F. Haus

Christopher Haus, 55, of Ephrata, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday evening, March 15, 2025.
Born to the late Frank and Alina Haus, Chris was a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart, Dana, whom he married in 1995. Chris leaves behind his son, Spencer Haus, fiancé of Amberkaye Pyle; his daughter, Danielle Haus and his cherished granddaughters, Isabella and Layla. He is also survived by his brothers, Jere, husband of Teri Haus and Mark Haus.
Chris dedicated 40 years of his life to the concrete industry, spending the last six years of his career with Delaware Valley Concrete. Known for his commitment and work ethic, Chris was respected by colleagues and clients alike.
Chris was a man who found joy in simple pleasures. He loved working in his workshop while listening to his favorite music or watching TV. Known for his willingness to help family and friends, Chris was always ready with a helping hand. He treasured time with his grandkids, often engaging in pillow fights and hosting dance parties in the living room. His children and grandchildren brought immense joy to his life, and they will carry on his legacy of love and laughter.
Chris will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His generous spirit and loving nature will be remembered fondly by his family and friends.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 10 to 11:30 AM, at Hope United Methodist Church, 3474 Rothsville Rd, Ephrata, followed by his funeral service at 11:30 AM, with Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
