Christopher M. Kimbrough gained his crown and wings in the comfort of his home on Thursday,June 22, 2023. Chris was born on November 1, 1986 to Margaret K. Brown and Izell "Ike" Henderson. Christopher received his GED from New Orleans Adult Education Program,experiencing life's greatest ventures while enjoying family and friends were all great contributions to Chris' growth and love for life. Chris is preceded in death by his parents Margaret Brown and Izell Henderson, his maternal and paternal grandparents, two brothers,1 nephew, 1 great niece and 1 great nephew. He leaves to cherish his memories his baby girl, Donee Smith, his special lady, Jackie Steward, his step daughter, Rashire Steward, five sisters, Nicole, Leslie, Tieka Brown, Kim Henderson and Schwjuana Butler, 8 nieces, Kendra, Taibrea Darrielle, Tashina, Johnta, Donieka, Latoroniesha, Dontranece, 4 aunts, Marsha Washingtan|, Almedia and Edna Lewis and Thelma Henderson, 2 uncles, George and Edward Lewis, His Loving Godmother, Regina Connon and a host god sisters, brothers, cousins and friends. Christopher was loved by many for simply being himself, he was smart, slick, witty, determined and very comical. Family and Friends of the family are all invited to attend his Celebration of Life service on Friday, July 7, 2023, at Professional Funeral Services 1449 N. Claiborne Ave, New Orleans, LA 70116. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, with service to follow at 1:00 PM. Interment, PRIVATE
