In 2001, Chris graduated from Weyauwega-Fremont High School.
He loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing. He also enjoyed camping, watching Cars movies or Space Age/Alien Movies, going out to dinner with his family, and looking good with the many items of clothing he had.
Chris is survived by his daughter, Jaidah (Fiancé, Justin Hall) Krause; Son, Draven Krause; his parents, Mike and Kim Krause, his brother, Brandon Krause; his sister, Alyssa (Brad) Nelson; nieces and nephews, Tessa, Sophie, Adryana, Bentley and Buxton; his maternal grandmother, Barbara (Willie) Knoepfle; his paternal grandparents, Lee and Lois Krause; two uncles, Dave (Carrie) Schneider and Dan (Marcia) Schneider; three aunts, Liz (Brian) Struck, Kerry (Kevin) Schultz and Sally (Craig) Dittmar; and his best friend since 6th grade, Dan France; many cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Cassandra and his maternal grandfather, Art Schneider.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Lewin Funeral Home, 210 W. Main St., Fremont. Visitation will be held at Lewin Funeral Home on Thursday, from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
