November 12, 2025 – Christopher James Linchey, 31, of Portsmouth, passed away.
Christopher was born on August 20, 1994, in Portsmouth, NH to Kevin and Karyn (Gaskell) Linchey. Christopher attended Portsmouth High School and graduated in 2012.
Christopher was quiet and reserved by nature; he had a warmth and gentleness that touched everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. Though he often kept his thoughts to himself, his presence spoke volumes, and his kindness left a lasting imprint on many hearts. He found happiness and peace just being outdoors, especially when he was fishing, a pastime he
cherished and one that reflected his patient, though ul spirit. Among his greatest sources of happiness were his (niece) Reagan and (nephew) Mason, whom he adored. Their laughter, energy, and unconditional love brought light into his life, and he loved them deeply.
He will forever be missed by his parents, Kevin and Karyn, sister Jaimie, and brother, Zachary and his wife Katie. He will also be missed by his grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins. The love they shared, the moments they treasured, and the quiet strength he embodied will remain in their hearts eternally.
Though he is no longer with us in body, the impact of his life and the love he gave will never fade. May he rest peacefully, surrounded by the serenity he so often sought.

I never met Christopher, but I am friends with a member of the Family. From what I gathered, he was a Sweet Spirit and I'm sure His Memory will always be a Blessing to all his family and friends.
