Christopher McCartin Obituary
Christopher Joseph McCartin, age 64, passed away in Denver, Colorado, on May 14, 2024. Chris was a chauffeur for 32 years and told great stories of driving political figures, athletes, and celebrities, including the Dalai Lama, Mick Jagger, Vanna White, and Connie Chung. It was also at this job where he met his wife to be, Agnes McNulty. After a seven-year friendship and courtship, they were married 22 years ago at the Chapel on the Rock in Estes Park, CO. Chris and Agnes, along with friends and family, loved to camp, hike, and fish.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes, and their four cats: Felix, Oscar, Hawk, and Barney. He is also survived by his six siblings: Tom, Brian, Mary, Tim, Ann, and Nancy; and his thirteen nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Patricia McCartin.
Chris will be missed for his sense of humor, his kindness, and his determination.
A prayer service will be held at Horan and McConaty, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora, CO, on Friday, July 12 at 2pm.
