Christopher Charles Myers

It is with sorrow in our hearts that we announce that Christopher C. Myers, 58, of Norfolk, VA., sadly left us on August 20, 2023. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Peggy Myers; his Uncle, Bob Vreeland; his brother, Keith Myers; and his longtime dog companion Spanky.
Left behind to remember his witty sense of humor, adventurous spirit, and his clever conversations are his devoted wife of 26 years and the love of his life, Sheila Myers; children, Jesse Myers (Nikki) and Emelie Morgan (Josh); step sons, Charlie and Harley; his lifelong best friend and father, George Myers; brothers, GR Myers (Cyndi) and Adam Myers (Cindy); his Uncle, Cholly Russomanno (Linda); grandchildren, Mckenzie, Indiana, Taft, and Wiley; many other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cherished friends, and his precious dog Lucky Girl.
Chris was a hard-working and devoted employee for 25+ years at Oceaneering International Inc.
As we mourn his absence from our daily lives, we will celebrate the time, love, and memories we were blessed with, and the peace he now rests in.
A memorial service will be held at St. Stephens Episcopal Church located at 1445 Norview Avenue, Norfolk, VA., on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to be made to St. Stephens Church.
