Christopher Wyatt Noisworthy, age 27, of Sikeston, died Monday, August 11, 2025, at Mercy Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, following an extended illness. Born March 12, 1998, at Cape Girardeau, MO, he had lived in Sikeston most of his life where he was employed as a truck driver and with Domino's pizza. Affectionately known as "Worm" or "Wyatt Earp" to his family, he was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Sikeston as well as former member of the Sons of the American Legion and the American Legion Riders. Surviving are his parents, Amy Hatton McClellan and Joe McClellan; his brother, Jacob Dane Noisworthy; his sister, Sara Grace Noisworthy;his maternal grandparents, Marvin and Ann Renaud Hatton; maternal grandmother, Sharon Hatton; paternal grandparents, Steve and Janet Noisworthy; his nephews, Alex Ozment and William Johnson, his niece, Lynlee Crawford; also, fiancé, Madison Barber, as well as a number of cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walker Glenn and Shirley McClellan. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 15, 2025, at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO. Rev. Joe McCullough will officiate. A private burial will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston. In lieu of flowers, plants and gift items, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to: Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital, 11365 Dorsett Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN, 38015.
