I worked with Chicago at Jim `N Nick´s Barbeque. He was one of the hardest working people there. He did an excellent job as our lead caterer.

But more importantly he was always kind and caring to everyone. He always had a smile & asked how you were doing. He would joke with me about my wearing the wrong game day shirt (Notre Dame). I loved hearing that.

I will miss his smile, his love for me & everyone he worked with, & just seeing him in our store. He will be missed for sure by everyone who knew him.
