Chris Lamar Roddy, born March 14, 1956, in Springfield, Ohio, to Herman Lamar Roddy and Mary Eileen Copeland Roddy, passed away on July 23, 2025, after a lengthy medical battle. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1979 to 1984 before embarking on a successful career at Utility Trailer, from which he later retired.
Chris spent over six decades enjoying life, often found fishing and hunting with friends on the water. A passionate sports fan, he embraced his love for the game in every season. He was first married to Denise Marie Lennom on December 2, 1976, but they later divorced. He found love again with Pam Knight Briggs, and together they welcomed their son, Matthew Christopher Roddy, before also parting ways.
Chris was preceded in death by his beloved son, Matthew Roddy, and his parents, Eileen Copeland and Herman Roddy. He leaves behind cherished memories and lasting impacts on all who knew him.
