Christopher Allen “Chris” Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away December 26, 2024, unexpectedly at 48 years old. He was born October 27, 1976, in Indianapolis, IN. Chris was owner and operator of Roe Roe Trucking Company. He enjoyed driving, riding Harley’s, enjoyed anything to do with horror movies, and enjoyed spending time with his family. Chris is survived by his wife, Hongying Xiang, his mother, Terry McQueen, Godparents, Donnie and Judy McQueen, Melanie Brown, his brothers, Dale Smith, Donnie (Tina) McQueen, Ray (Stacy) McQueen, his sister, Judy (Robert) McQueen, his nephews, Dominick, Cody, Dustin, his nieces, Madison, Tiffany, Britney, Kaley, Savanna, and extended family and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Holderfield. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025, 4:00pm-8:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Floral Park with additional visitation Friday, January 3, 2025, 10:00am-11:00am with the funeral service held there at 11:00am. He will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. Pastor Timothy Pender will officiate the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
