Christopher C. Ward, 47, of Mount Dora, Florida, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Born in Umatilla, Florida, he has been a lifelong resident of Lake County, Florida. He was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed his work. Chris enjoyed fishing, playing pool and darts,cooking, motorcycling, attending music festivals, hosting charity benefits and gardening. He is survived his Wife, Maryann Ward of Mount Dora; Step-Daughter, Stevi Phillips of Tavares, FL; Brother, James Moreland of Kokomo, IN; Sisters, Christy Hiles of Eustis, FL Laticia Moreland of Orlando, FL; Nephew, Kyle Dehan of Umatilla, FL; and numerous extended family and friends.
