He was born on July 24, 1963, in Panama City to the late Catherine Wright and William Howard Wright, Sr.
Chris graduated from Rutherford High School and worked for 23 years for United Rentals as an equipment mechanic. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, cooking on the grill and hanging out with his family and friends outdoors.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Christopher Aaron Wright and Dylan Patrick Wright (Malayna); grandchildren, Emma Wright, Elli Wright, Ethan Wright, Mariah Wright and Luna Wright; siblings, Cathy Neese (Randy), Theresa Gaghon (Curtis) and William "Bill" Wright (Chris). He is also survived by his nieces, Mariah Neese and Emily Gaghon; nephews, Ryle Neese and Christopher Gaghon; cousin, Brian Wright; his dog, Rebel; friend and mother of his children Cindy Schott and his friend and companion, Shelia Murray.
Services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, February 21, 2025, at Heritage Funeral Home, Panama City. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mr. Wright will then be laid to rest immediately following the service at Oasis of Love Church Cemetery, 7721 Highway 2301, Bayou George.

Brother, words cannot express our heartfelt sadness that you are gone. Looking back at these pictures of you growing up reminds us why we would lie on mom's bed and just stare at you.
