Charles "Chuck" William Dirmeyer, 74, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at Miami Valley South in Centerville, Ohio.
He was born on February 25, 1948, in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, to the late Walter and Mary E. (Wolford) Dirmeyer.
In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Peg and Wayne Traxler.
Chuck spent most of his career at Budd Company in Carey, Ohio, and remained until the day retired. When not working, Chuck loved playing pool and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved fishing, especially spending days out on Lake Erie. He loved hunting, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and the occasional adult beverage. He enjoyed mowing his yard and tinkering. There were always little projects all over the house.
Chuck is survived by his children, David (Melissa) Dirmeyer of Fort Recovery, Ohio, Elena Jett of Trenton, Ohio, and Wesley Dirmeyer of Tiffin, Ohio; his grandchildren, Mackenzie (Jake) Breymier, Zachary, Max, and Jacob Dirmeyer, Kate, Anna, and Sam Jett, Katanna, Harper, and Zoey Dirmeyer; and his great grandson, Garrett Breymier.
Private graveside services will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, at the convenience of his family.
