A Funeral Service will be held at Christ's Church, 2200 N. Sycamore Avenue, Roswell, New Mexico 88201, on Tuesday 28, October 2025, at 10:00 AM., with Pastor Gerry Chavez of Christ's Church officiating. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.
On 14, January 1947, Charles Edwin Stroble Jr. (Chuck) was born to Charles Stroble Sr. and Muriel Stroble in Marshall, Texas. Chuck attended Air Line High in Bossier City, Louisiana, and graduated in 1965. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1965. He was stationed at Walker Air Force Base in Roswell, New Mexico, where he met the love of his life Annie. They married on 22, June 1967 in Bossier City, Louisiana and spent 58 beautiful years together. He also attended Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell and graduated with his Associate's degree in business in 1993. He was a member at the Elk's Lodge in Roswell, New Mexico. Prior to retirement Chuck worked as a warehouse manager at Coca-Cola for 15 years. Chuck enjoyed going fishing, hunting, gambling, and golfing with some of his closest friends; Kalin Ketchell, Art Gowdy, and Todd Hairston. He also enjoyed watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys; he was a die-hard fan. Every morning Chuck would have a big cup of black coffee with sugar. He always said, "half a teaspoon of sugar-you don't need more than that." He enjoyed his coffee with 2 honeybuns. His favorite snack was hot pockets and eating ice throughout the day. Chuck will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Those left to eternally treasure and cherish memories of Chuck are his beloved wife Annie Stroble, his children Tony Stroble (Tami Stone-Stroble), Sarah Aldrich (Warren Aldrich), and daughter in love, Reba Stroble, his grandchildren; Tyler Stroble, Noah Stroble (Renee Stroble), Kadie Stroble (Dalee McGee), Kinzie Aldrich (Cody Woodell), Jonah Stroble (Kalyn Allen), and Kenna Aldrich. His siblings; Gail Turner of Longview, Texas, and Scott Stroble (Diane Stroble) of Valley Mills, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews, and his pets Kasey, Lincoln, and Dobby.
Chuck is preceded in death by his son Jeff Stroble, Father Charles Stroble Sr., Mother, Muriel Stroble, and his brother Jerry Stroble.
Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Tony Stroble, Noah Stroble, Jonah Stroble, Warren Aldrich, Ronald Rogers, and Robert Tyler.
