Cindy was a Respiratory Therapist and a member of Salt & Light Community Church in Reidland.
She is survived by her father, Gayle (Jan) Vasseur of Hardmoney, KY; mother, Reta Vasseur of Paducah; one son, Tyler Gayle (Monica Kauffman) Bellamy of Paducah; one daughter, Chelsea Bellamy of Paducah; one sister, Tammy (Jeff) Foster of Barlow, KY; one great-niece, Winnie Foster; one nephew, Cavin (Hannah) Foster.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Louis and Thelma Vasseur; grandmother, Lou White; grandfather, Raymond Hale.
Funeral services will begin at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Tommy Moore officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions made to McCracken County Humane Society, 4000 Coleman Road, Paducah, KY 42001.
