Cindy L. (Pacyna) Brink, 55, of Dalton, died Saturday at Allied Services Hospice Center. She was the loving wife of 33 years married to her high school sweetheart, Michael Brink.
Born March 15, 1969 in Scranton, Pa., she was the daughter of John and Nancy (Schreck) Pacyna of South Abington Twp. She was a 1987 graduate of Abington Heights High School, Clarks Summit and was a certified cosmetologist beautician having worked in area beauty salons.
Cindy's smile could light up any room. She had a natural ability to make anyone laugh and always knew the right thing to say in the moment. Her favorite things were being a Mom and a Grandmother, motorcycle rides, purses, movies, late nights on sandy beaches, cold drinks and the crisp air in the fall.
Also surviving are two children: a daughter, Brittney Brink, Dalton; and a son, Brad and his wife, Morgan, of Factoryville; three grandsons, Isaac, Henry and Elliot, all of Factoryville; a brother, Dr. Gary Pacyna and wife, Mari, Clarks Summit; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brother, John J. Pacyna III.
The funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 205 W. Grove St., Clarks Summit, with services by Pastor George J. Mathews. Interment will be private at Clarks Green Cemetery, Clarks Summit, Pa.
The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church.
