Cindy Lou Gouin

Cindy L. Gouin, age 67, of Ruby, passed away on August 21, 2025. She was born on September 18, 1957, in Grayling to the late Lloyd and Iva Keeler. Cindy married Michael J. Gouin, on March 26, 1983, in Port Huron. He passed away on December 2, 2012. Cindy was a 1975 graduate of Port Huron High School. She attended Our Lady of Mt Carmel Catholic Church. She enjoyed watching movies and was a special Nana to her four grandchildren and grand dogs. Cindy is survived by her daughters; Michelle (Daniel) Fournier and Catherine (Edward) Lemon, and son, Phillip (Sunika) Gouin, four grandchildren; Christopher, Colton, Bella and Tommy, mother-in-law, Lucy Gouin, sister, Lori (Robert) Radatz, brother, Ricky (Kris) Keeler, Rusty Keeler and Jake Keeler, stepbrothers; Timothy (Connie) Elsey, Tony Elsey and Walt Elsey, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by sister, Cheryl Keeler, stepmother, Marsha Keeler and father-in-law, Raymond Gouin. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 10:30am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 10828 Brandon Rd., Emmett. Father Tom Kuehnemund will officiate. Burial will be at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Cemetery. The visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm in the Jowett Funeral Home- 1634 Lapeer Ave. Port Huron, and again on Wednesday from 9:30 am until the time of mass at the church. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Tuesday in the funeral home. The pallbearers will be; Phillip Gouin, Edward Lemon, Daniel Fournier, Lawrence Gouin, Jon Babb, Robert Ball and Nate Gouin.
