Cindy Owens Hope

Cindy Owens Hope (nee Phirman), 78, of Cold Spring, KY, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Cindy was born April 21, 1947, in Dayton, KY. She was a member of Saint Mary of the Assumption Parish, Alexandria, KY and the Tuesday Morning Women's Golf League at Pendleton Hills Country Club, Butler, KY. Cindy retired from Towne Properties after 15 years of service. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Tom Owens; parents, Robert and Dorothy (nee Schmidt) Phirman. Cindy is survived by her husband, George Hope; six children: Keith (Amy) Owens, Shane (Paula) Owens; Jessica (Aaron) Schuck, Lyndsay (Edgar) Genson, Mallory (Caleb) Searcy and Emma her Cabbage Patch Doll; five siblings, Dennis (Phyllis) Phirman, Mike (Cathy) Phirman, Rockie (Ken) Schultz, Marsha (Dave) Gerhardstein and Rhonda (Rob) Hickman; fifteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Saint Mary of the Assumption Church, 8246 East Main Street, Alexandria KY 41001 from 9:30 AM until the time of the Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM.
