Cindy Lou Longenbach, age 70 of D’Iberville, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Muffley and Charlotte Weretta; and her niece, Stacey O’Dell.
Cindy is survived by her sons, Heath and Daryl Longenbach; her siblings, Beverly Atkinson, Maryann Palauch, Randy Dotter and Jan Dotter; and her grandchild, Hattie Mae Longenbach.
Cindy spent her early years in Packerton and Lehighton, Pennsylvania. For the past four decades, she traveled across the country and overseas alongside her beloved sister, Beverly, offering unwavering support as they cared for Stacey.
In 2008, the three of them returned to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, a place Cindy loved for its warm weather and fresh seafood—especially shrimp and crab legs, her favorites.
She found joy in line dancing and never passed up a good game of bingo. More than anything, she was a devoted sister and a loving aunt whose kindness and quiet strength touched those around her.
She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
