I went to school with Cindy. We met in the 7th grade at Spaulding. We remained friends up until our graduation in 1982 from Southern Nash. We had many good times together and I will truly miss her although through the years we seem to lose contact sometimes as people do I often thought about her. I would take my yearbook out and look through it and remember good times with people I was friends with it breaks my heart to know that Cindy has moved on, but she is definitely in a better place and will look over all of us Jeff, she was a special lady and I know you enjoyed being her sibling. She was funny, a genuine friend, and she will truly be missed. I hadn´t seen her in many years. I was at Walmart in Rocky Mount and heard a voice and a laugh. I immediately knew that I knew who this person was. I walked up. She was doing taxes with a client and I stood there until she finished. It was wonderful seeing her. She was the same happy go lucky Cindy who loved to laugh and have fun. We had some crazy fun times together and she will truly be missed. She was definitely one of a kind! Will never be another person like her! To her family, I know you all will miss her dearly, but she is in the loving hands of the Lord and he will definitely Love her as all of us who knew her did. My sincere condolences, Cheri Gregory Dudley
