In Loving Memory of Cinsere Messiah Tharrington Cinsere Messiah Tharrington, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, passed away on April 2, 2025, in Spotsylvania, Virginia. He was born on February 22, 2006, in
Fredericksburg, VA, to parents Ray Douglas Tharrington and Porsha Mercedes Walker.
Cinsere had a deep passion for cars, especially Hondas. He loved working on his car with his Aunt Jovan and his friends, finding joy in the process of tinkering and making it his own. His love for life extended beyond cars-Cinsere was an avid fan of video games, flag football, and basketball. He often used the word "geek" jokingly, and it will be remembered as part of his everyday lingo, which he used proudly. Cinsere had a special way of bringing laughter to everyone around him, always adding a lighthearted touch to any conversation.
Above all, Cinsere's love for his little sister, Egypt, was a bond that truly defined his heart. Anytime he walked into a room, Egypt's focus and bright smile were always a testament to the love they shared. She adored him, and that affection was always clear in her eyes and not to mention her whine. Cinsere loved Egypt so much that he honored her by getting a tattoo of her face on him, so he would carry her with him wherever he went. Their connection was unbreakable, and their love for one another was a shining example of sibling love.
At the time of his passing, Cinsere was employed as a Forklift Operator at Home Depot. He graduated from James Monroe High School in 2024, a milestone he worked hard to achieve, determined to walk across that stage despite any challenges.
Cinsere is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Cassandra Walker; maternal grandfather, Andrew Washington; and paternal grandmother, Margie Tharrington.
He is survived by his loving parents, Porsha Walker (Mother) and Ray Tharrington (Father); his siblings, Egypt Carter (Sister) and Ray Tharrington (Brother); his cherished grandparents, Roscoe Johnson (Grandfather), Yvonne Walker (Great Grandmother), Bobby Kay (Grandfather); his uncles, Roscoe Walker, Roscoe Johnson, Duriel Brown, Corey Bustamantae, Trevin Brown, Kristian Walker, Shawn Smith, Chris Tharrington; his aunts, Tanisha Walker, Javon Walker, Manae Bustamantae, Trecia Ingram; his great aunts, Melanie Kay, Tiffany Walker; his great uncle, Andre Walker, and numerous cousins, including Elijah Bent, Heaven Walker, Presley Walker, Joelle Monroe, Trevin Brown Jr., Melei Turner, Jaylah Brown, JuliannaRose Walker, Cali Walker, Christian Walker, and many more extended family members and friends.
Though his time with us was far too short, Cinsere's spirit, laughter, and warmth will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His boundless energy and infectious smile touched everyone around him, leaving behind memories that will never fade. While we mourn his loss, we take comfort in the knowing that his love and light will continue to guide us. This is not goodbye, Cinny, this is see you later. You will always be loved, and we will carry you with us in our hearts until we meet again. Rest in peace, Cinny-you will never be forgotten and ALWAYS BE LOVED.
