Louis Alvarado, born May 25, 1969, in New York, NY was sent to his final resting place, unexpectedly, on May 24, 2025. He was the beloved son of Luis and Madeline Alvarado and cherished brother of Ariel Alvarado.
Louis loved his country and knew very early on that it was his calling to serve in the U.S. government his entire life, which he proudly and gladly did for 30+ years in the Washington D.C. area. He also loved to travel as much as possible and was fortunate to see and experience a large part of the world. His love of life was ever present in his infectious smile, which brought joy to all those who were able to see it firsthand. His affection for his family was undeniable and he always went out of his way to help a family member in need. Louis is survived and missed by his mother Madeline, brother Ariel, sister-in-law Diana, and niece Amanda. He also leaves many extended family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
As was his wish, his remains will be cremated, so there will be no funeral service. However, a celebration of life service will be held in his honor.
Condolences may be sent to the family at [email protected] or at the following mailing address: 79 Algonquin Trail Wayne, NJ 07470
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Make-A-Wish Foundation in his name.
As Louis would have wanted, let us remember the past with gratitude, live the present with enthusiasm, and look forward to the future with confidence. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Louis, please visit our Tree Store.
