Clare Jensen Obituary
Clare D. Jensen, 72, passed away on March 14, 2023 at his home of natural causes in Brigham City, Utah.
He was born on September 17, 1950 in Brigham City, Utah, a son of Robert D. and Rhea Williams Jensen.
Clare graduated from Box Elder High School and served in the National Guard of Utah.
Clare had been married and divorced and from this union he had a daughter, Tifani Jensen Guthart.
He married Janeal Hunsaker on February 17, 1977 in Willard, Utah. They were later divorced.
Clare worked for the Cable company and was the manager who brought cable to Brigham City. Later he worked as a truck driver for Francis Trucking.
Clare enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing, and riding his bike through Brigham City.
Surviving is his daughter, Stacie Kofoed-Butler of Tremonton; two brothers, David (Rochelle Lucille) Jensen of Willard; Rick Jensen of Hyrum; three grandsons, Hayden and Tucker Kofoed; Austin Turpen; one granddaughter, Sarah Turpen; one great grandson, Hazen Kofoed; three nephews, Ricky (Kortney) Jensen; Ryan Blair (Krista) Fronk and Derek Mosher.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Tifani Guthart Turpen, and one son-in-law, Rod Butler.
Celebration of Life for Clare will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 E 200 S., Brigham City, UT.
