Clare "Sis" "Sis" Ogram

Clare "Sis" Ogram, 99, of Andover died on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at the Andover Village Retirement Community surrounded by her family.

She was born November 1, 1925 in Collinsville, IL, a daughter of Tobias and Clara (Schuricht) Dellamano. Clare was a 1943 graduate of Collinsville High School. She married Jess Ogram on October 21, 1944, and has been a resident of Andover since 1945. Clare and her husband owned and operated the Andover Appliance Center for many years. She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church of Andover where she served as church secretary and belonged to the U.M. Women's group.

Clare was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Andover for many years; and was a member of the Bronzewood Golf Course in Kinsman. She was active in bowling leagues ; and enjoyed her card club. Clare loved to engage in Solitaire games with her grandkids all gathered around the table.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol (Larry) Loveland of Andover; her son, Mike (Marilyn) Ogram of Andover; her daughter, Wendy Ogram of Andover; her daughter-in-law, Joanna Ogram of Wickenburg, AZ; her 15 grandchildren; her 22 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jess, on Jan. 25, 1997; her daughter, Bonnie Callison; her son, J. Robert "Bob" Ogram; her grandson, Sean Ogram; 3 sisters, Dolores Eigenbrodt, Patricia Fedder, and Charlotte Litton; and 6 brothers, Delbert Dellamano, Toby Dellamano, Art Dellamano, Robert Dellamano, Edward Grafe, and Ralph Grafe.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 10:30 AM until 12:00 Noon at the First United Methodist Church, 181 S. Main St., Andover, with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 Noon, with Rev. Vernon Palo officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Andover.
