Dr. Clarence Thomas "Tom" Millikin

Dr. Clarence Thomas "Tom" Millikin, age 69 of McDonough, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

Tom was born in Buckingham, Virginia. His parents, James Earl Millikin and Mary Jane Thomas Millikin, father-in-law, Charles Wilson, all preceded him in death. He was retired Captain from the United States Army, after serving 23 years. During his years with the military the last four of those were served at the White House. Dr. Millikin retired from the Army and was currently a P.A. at the Atlanta Orthopaedic Institute. Dr, Millikin was an avid animal lover in which you could not know him without knowing about his dogs.

Survivors include his wife, Cassie Wilson Millikin; children, Jennifer Millikin (Johnny), Melissa Chafin (Will), Brandon Millikin (Jessica); grandchildren, Caroline Chafin, Will Chafin, Harris Chafin, Bryce Millikin; stepchildren, Breanna Hopkins, Mathew Hopkins; sister, Deborah Paulette (Thomas); brother, Ronald Millikin (Lisa); mother-in-law, Connie Wilson; brother-in-law, Jason Wilson and many nieces and nephews. There are two special people that were considered "Brothers" Dr. John David Mullins and Seth Lester.

Visitation will be Monday, July 21, 2025, from 10:00 am until noon at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, Followed by a memorial service in the chapel. Pastor Derek Lovelady will officiate. Interment with full military honors will be in Westwood Gardens.
