Clarice E. "Tootie" Topp, 96, of Kanawha City, Charleston, WV, passed peacefully on August 27, 2025.
She is survived and cherished by her daughters, Debra K. Topp Burke (Mike) of Winchester, VA, and Nancy G. Topp White (Randall) Sissonville, WV, and sons, Robert Dale Topp (Jill, deceased) of Charleston, WV, and Jack Burch Topp (Kathryn) of Chocowinity, NC; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Tootie was preceded in death by her soul mate, Robert Strine Topp; her parents, Dale Burch Sandige and Myrtle Wolfe Sandige of Charleston, WV; her brother, Leo "Mickey" Burch Sandige of Charleston, WV; her paternal grandparents, Harry and Florence Sawyers Sandige of Grassy Meadows, WV, and maternal grandparents, James Hamilton Wolfe and Minnie Cline Wolfe of Oakland, MD.
Tootie was a 50-plus year member of Christ Church United Methodist and 50-plus year member of Eastern Star Tischewal Chapter #45.
The family would like to thank her caregivers, Melinda, Jean, Brooke and Stacey, for the love they showed our mother.

Private burial was held in Mountain View Cemetery, Charleston, WV.
