Mr. Mooney was survived by one son, Kevin Wayne Mooney of Roxboro; one brother, John Hugh Mooney Jr., of Roxboro; two sisters, Elizabeth Mooney Hutchins (Sam) and Marcia Mooney Pulley (Terry) all of Timberlake and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Honoring his wishes, no services will be held.
