Claudia Basciano, 72, of Linthicum, passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on February 7, 2024. She was born in Baltimore to the late Richard and Jean Basciano. She enjoyed playing cards and traveling to Las Vegas. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her cousin, Darlene Sloboda, and her best friend, Debbie Crockett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Davis.
Claudia is survived by her devoted sisters, Lisa Lombardi and her husband, John, Lesley Pevo-Roberts and her husband, Frank; cherished nieces and nephews, Drew Pevo, Elyse Lombardi, Brittany Pevo, Jordan Lombardi, Richard Pevo and Taylor Pevo; loving great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava Pevo, Rayna Sengupta, Edalyne Sengupta, Grayson Pevo and Nathan Pevo.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Monday, Feb. 19th, from 1 – 2 PM. A memorial service will immediately follow at 2 PM in our funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake by visiting www.hospicechesapeake.org
