Clay Lee Bourgeois, 44, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away on October 17, 2025. Clay will be remembered for his incredible sense of humor, his kindness, and the joy he brought to everyone around him. His laughter was infectious, and his heart was always open to family and friends alike.
Preceded in death by his Grandfathers, CDR Robert Nolen (Navy) and STG Ralph Bourgeois (Army), and grandmothers Anna Nolen and Helga Bourgeois. Sister, Suzie Sutton and son, Clay Lee Bourgeois Jr.
He is survived by his grandmother, Rita Bourgeois, his loving parents, Lea and Richard Bourgeois; his brothers Jefferson Bourgeois, Shawn (Laurel) Bourgeois, and Jimmy (Amanda) Bourgeois; and his sisters Ashley (Allen) Jordan and Nicole (Salman) Alharthi as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Clay's warmth and light will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A celebration of Clay's life will be held at Pensacola Memorial Gardens on Thursday, October 23, 2025 beginning at 3:30pm with services immediately to follow at 4:00pm.
The family invites all who loved Clay to join in honoring his memory and the laughter he brought into the world.
