Claymore Jones, Sr. 53, was born to the late Nathaniel Jones, Jr. and Roberta Bell Jones on January 12,19972 in Detroit, Michigan transition on Tuesday October 07,2025 at Novant Health Rowan Regional Medical Center.
He attended school in Wayne County, later receiving his GED and he was self-employed. He was loved by many and he loved children.
He was preceded by his parents; Nathaniel and Roberta B. Jones,Jr.,sons; Claymore C. Jones,Jr., Dontae Stokes, and sister; Terri Linnette Jones.
He is survived by his sons; Claymore Jones, Clay Wilson, Christopher Claymore Jones, Christopher K. Garrison, Ja'Habien Jones, Tyquan Phifer, daughters; Joscelyn Transou, LaCorsha Ross, Brice Robinson, Myshyia Phifer, brother; Nathaniel Jones, sister; Barbara Jones, twenty-four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces,nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service Sunday October 12, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Gethsemane Baptist Church burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park on Wednesday October 15 at 2:00p.m.
