Cleo moved to Toledo as a child. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She received a formal education in the Toledo Public School District.
She worked as a Home Health Aide for years and moved to Bethlehem,GA with her family in 2013. Cleo enjoyed singing, dancing, writing and having fun with family and friends. She was the biggest Lebron James fan, and was proud to say they shared the same birthday.
Cleo was preceded in death by her father Charles Casburne, grandmothers Cleo Wallace and Katherine Mayes, grandfathers John Ragland and Charles Galloway, and bestfriend Laneva Williams.
She leaves to cherish her memory: children Deonta, Jamonte, Jahmal, Jaymar, Jhonye and Jebron Wallace; grandchildren Brooklyn, Deonta Jr, Carmelo, Royalty and Dakota Wallace; mother Shelia Wallace McNeil; brothers Ricardo Sampson (Carlissa), Carlos Jelks; sisters Sherae and Tanesha Wallace, Rachel Gaine Courtney McCullum and goddaughter Me'lyea Burton, special friends Carrie Darrington and Tianna Barber and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

I´ll never forget Cleo´s walk cause baby she had a mean strut on her you could tell her from anywhere but Cleo will try be missed especially by my brother Frederick she the only one called him by his government name (Lol) Rest in Paradise Cleo
